Wolves of Fenrir
The brood of the giant wolf Fenrir prowls the fjords’ coast. They are the first enemies of the journey, on the Wolf Coast, and they return in the Dead Grove.

Behavior
Section titled “Behavior”- They come running from the sides, in packs.
- They make a short lunge at the hero; the lunge stops when their body makes contact.
- On the Wolf Coast they come in 3 waves, the last one led by a Champion wolf.
- Axe and Shield holds up well against the pack; Steel Whirlwind hits several of them at once.
- The Tempest’s lightning path (Thor’s Blade) and a Topaz in your weapon bring wolves down fast.
- The 100 Wolves achievement requires 100 kills.
In mythology
Section titled “In mythology”Fenrir is the monstrous wolf, son of Loki, bound by the gods with the magic ribbon Gleipnir. At Ragnarök, he breaks free and devours Odin.
